Charles Hausknecht Jr., Consultant, Hausknecht Accounting LLC

Charles “Benny” Hausknecht, CPA, CGMA, Notary, runs a tax practice in Metairie, LA. 

Benny graduated cum laude from the Loyola University Presidential Honors program and begin his career as an accountant while attending Loyola as an Arthur Anderson tax intern. Upon graduation, Benny accepted a full-time staff role in the New Orleans office of AA & Co.Upon passing of the CPA exam, Benny was hired by the local firm of Pailet, Meunier & LeBlanc LLP as a senior tax accountant until he accepted a position with the Louisiana Receivership Office in 1993. 

Following a return to public accounting and a return to the firm Pailet, Meunier & LeBlanc LLP, Benny rose to the title of firm managing partner of LeBlanc Hausknecht CPAs in 2015.

After the firm liquidation, Benny opened Hausknecht Accounting LLC in Metairie to serve a smaller, more focused cadre of clients. Benny is joined by his admin., Sharon, and a remote LA CPA in Hammond.

Jeremy Klibert, Faulk & Winkler, LLC

Jeremy M. Klibert is a partner in Tax Services at Faulk & Winkler in Baton Rouge where he is responsible for providing tax return review, tax research, tax planning, and consulting services for the firm. Jeremy works with a wide range of clients and focuses his efforts on serving high net-worth individuals, nonprofit organizations and closely held small businesses. In his client relationships, Jeremy provides invaluable insight on tax, accounting and consulting issues. 

Jeremy seemed to always have a way with numbers. In high school, he was the baseball team’s statistician for three years. Jeremy was eventually inspired to enter the accounting profession while working as an intern at a local oil company. His strong work ethic and determination are just some of the contributing factors of his successful career in accounting. In addition, Jeremy’s parents instilled in him good values and the importance of hard work.
  
Jeremy grew up in Garyville and currently resides in Geismar, Louisiana with his wife, Liz and their son Jackson. Outside of the office, he can be found attending a Louisiana State University football game, a live concert or playing trivia games. Jeremy also enjoys cooking.

Gerard Schreiber Jr., Schreiber & Schreiber, CPAs

Jerry Schreiber is a Partner in the local accounting firm of Schreiber & Schreiber. He received his BBA from Loyola University and is a member of the AICPA, SLCPA, and New Orleans Estate Planning Council. He is the 2019 recipient of the AICPA Special Recognition Award and the 2018 Arthur J. Dixon Award. The AICPA Special Recognition Award has only been given out 30 times since 1887 by the AICPA. The Arthur J. Dixon Award is the highest honor bestowed by the accounting profession in the field of taxation.

He is currently a member of the AICPA Tax Executive Committee and has served on the AICPA IRS Advocacy and Relations Committee, AICPA IRS Practice and Procedures Committee, AICPA Tax Practice Responsibilities Committee, SSTS Guidance Task Force, SSTS Revision Task Force, Tax Forms Committee, Tax Forms and Education Task Force, and Circular 230 Education Task Force.

Kevin Willis, Taylor and Willis CPAS and Advisors LLC

Kevin C. Willis, CPA, CGMA, is a partner in Taylor and Willis Attestation Services Section where he had been heavily involved in client accountings services, auditing, tax and consulting, and planning services since he and Roy O. Taylor, Jr. started the firm in 2008. Kevin began his career working for his father in 1991, providing many of these same services. He provides litigation support services, small business consulting services, accounting services, review services, and tax services to a variety of businesses, governmental entities, and individuals.

Litigation support services provided by Kevin include trial preparation for clients involving divorce, community property, and child support calculations. Kevin had provided testimony and been qualified as an expert witness in the 24th Judicial District of Louisiana.

Kevin hails from the great city of Kenner, LA, attended the University of Southwest Louisiana (ULL), and graduated from the University of New Orleans with degrees in Business Management and Accounting.
